O Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Agricultura, Alimentação e Desenvolvimento (GEPAD) participa da organização do 16º Congresso Mundial de Sociologia Rural (da Sociedade Internacional de Sociologia Rural - IRSA) e do 64º Congresso da Sociedade Brasileira de Economia, Administração e Sociologia Rural (SOBER), que ocorrerá conjuntamente em 2026 na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).

Pessoas pesquisadoras podem enviar propostas para Grupos de Trabalho (IRSA) até 30 de julho de 2025
A submissão de resumos para o IRSA estará aberta de 1º de outubro a 18 de dezembro de 2025
Para o SOBER, serão aceitos artigos completos e resumos expandidos entre 27 de janeiro e 7 de abril de 2026
O evento ocorrerá entre 19 e 23 de julho de 2026, em Porto Alegre.
